2023 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of an AGM (Convention) of the Saskatchewan Liberal Party, to be held on Saturday March 25th, 2023 in Saskatoon and online.

The location for in-person attendees is Christ Church Anglican (Auditorium), 515 28th St W, Saskatoon, SK. Doors open at 11:30 AM, lunch served at 12:00 PM, and meeting begins at 12:30 PM.

Registration & Voting Eligibility:

All attendees must register in advance before Saturday March 18th at 5:00 PM.

Delegate fees are as follows:

In-person delegate (includes lunch): $20
In-person observer (includes lunch): $30
Online delegate: $5
Online observer: $15

Anyone who holds a current Saskatchewan Liberal Party membership as of Saturday March 18th at 5:00 PM will be eligible to vote at the meeting. Immediate Past members may renew their membership any time prior to the meeting and be eligible to vote.

Executive Nominations:

Any member wishing to seek an elected position on the Provincial Executive must submit an Executive Nomination Form before Saturday March 18th at 5:00 PM to nomination@saskliberals.ca

Motions:

Any member wishing to see a motion placed on the agenda may submit such motion in writing to contact@saskliberals.ca before Saturday March 18th at 5:00 PM. A motion must be signed off by a current member of the Provincial Executive in order to be placed on the agenda.

Proposed Constitutional Amendments:

Notice is also given of proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Saskatchewan Liberal Party that shall be voted on at the AGM. A summary of proposed amendments are as follows:

– Change name of “Women’s” Committee to “Gender and Diversity” Committee (Sec. 10.1 (h))
